Scott founded Saehr Consulting as he wanted to make a difference and bring positive growth to local organizations. Born and raised in Central Minnesota, he has always been invested in the betterment of our area and knew that he had the tools to assist with local unmet needs. He realized that there was a need in rural local governments for assistance with organizational management and high-level administration duties. Scott has brought positive change to organizations and communities by organizing and implementing systems, developing processes, and enhancing future visions.
